Text message program

What we send

If you are enrolled in a Ronvida Health monitoring program through your doctor, we may send you text messages such as reading reminders, device and shipping updates, and requests to call your care team. Message frequency varies with your care plan — typically a few messages per week at most. We never send marketing texts, and we never include sensitive health details in a text.

How you opted in

You (or your caregiver) provided your mobile number and agreed to receive program texts during enrollment — on the phone with our team or on your consent form. Consent to texting is not a condition of receiving care or any other service.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you’ll receive one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ronvida.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your monitoring program — your care team will simply reach you by phone instead.

Cost & carriers

We don’t charge for texts, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message history are handled under HIPAA and our program privacy practices. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
